If your pup needs a more personal care, we have an option for them to stay in one of our pet sitter’s homes! They get to live with them for the duration of their stay, and they get to relax and just be part of the family. All pet sitters are bonded and insured and have extensive animal experience, so you can be confident knowing that your dog is in good hands.
We provide undivided attention and love for your pet, including playtime, feeding, and medicine intake (if required). Your dog will enjoy a comfortable home environment and be a part of our family.
Our kitty hotel is top notch! It is climate controlled, includes a play area with natural light, room service, and of course one-on-one time with our loving staff. We like to keep them happy with the comforts of home, with cat trees, play tunnels, toys, scratch posts, and windows! We understand that cats need to stay active which is why we get them out of their pen and playing all day! If your cat wants to play with some kitty friends, we have lots of space for them. If they prefer their own space or just to hang out with our staff, they are welcome to do that as well. We want them to feel at home in our care, and we do whatever we can to make this happen.
What to pack FOR YOUR PUP?
Please make sure that you pack enough food for the entire duration of your pups stay, and any treats you would like your pup to have. Should we run out of food or your pup ends up staying longer, we have our own house food that can be fed for $2.00 per cup if needed. However, we always prefer not switching their food as that can cause an upset tummy. Please do not bring food bowls unless it is a special slow feed bowl. If you want to provide your pup with treats, we are more than happy to give them to your pup according to your instructions. We do not give any animals any treats that did not come from home, in case of any food intolerances.
As nice as it is to have something that smells like home, we can never guarantee that they won’t get chewed up or dirty. If you would prefer not to take that chance, we would be more than happy to provide your dog with one of our own blankets/beds & toys for their stay. All our toys & beds was washed and sanitized daily.
When the dogs are in for the night, all collars come off and they are kept with their belongings. Their leashes are hung up and labelled. Since we have an outdoor space, we don’t usually need to use them. So, if you don’t have one with you, that is alright as well.
Please ensure that if your pup needs meds, you provide enough to last the entirety of their stay. Please make sure the instructions and dosage are clearly indicated and communicated to the staff, and that if meds are given with any kind of food or treat, you provide those as well.
What to pack FOR YOUR KITTY?
Please provide enough food for the duration of their stay. If they are on both wet and dry food, please provide both. If you want to provide your kitty with treats, we are more than happy to give them to your cat according to your instructions. We do not give any animals any treats that did not come from home, in case of any food intolerances. Please do not bring any food bowls unless your cat needs a special style of bowl for feeding.
We have lots of bedding and toys for the cats to use in our care, although, sometimes it may be nice to have something from home! You are welcome to bring toys or bedding from home, however, we can never promise that it will stay in perfect condition. If you would rather not risk your cat’s favorite blanket or toy, let us provide them. We wash and sanitize all bedding daily, and more if needed.
We provide litter and the litter box. We scoop them daily, if not multiple times a day, and change and add litter as needed to ensure the health and cleanliness of your cat. If your cat is a little picky and will only use a certain litter box, you are welcome to bring one as well.
Please ensure that if your cat needs meds, you provide enough to last the entirety of their stay. Please make sure the instructions and dosage are clearly indicated and communicated to the staff, and that if meds are given with any kind of food or treat, you provide those as well.
The health and happiness of the animals in our care is our number one concern. We require that all vaccines be up-to-date, and proof of vaccinations are provided. We also highly recommend that your pet be treated monthly with topical treatments of Revolution or Advantage Multi. This is not mandatory, however these are flea, tick, mite, and lice treatments, and without these your pup is at higher risk of picking something up from other dogs. We recommend speaking with your vet about these treatments. Puppies are also required to have at least their two sets of shots, however, we recommend you seek your veterinarian’s recommendation prior to bringing your puppy to daycare. All dogs must be spayed or neutered, at 1 – 1.5 years to participate in socializing.
