What to pack

What to pack FOR YOUR PUP?

FoOD & Treats

Please make sure that you pack enough food for the entire duration of your pups stay, and any treats you would like your pup to have. Should your pup run out of food or you extend your pup’s stay, we have our own house food that can be fed for $2.50 per cup if needed. However, we always prefer not switching their food as that can cause an upset tummy. We always try to connect with you prior to feeding your pup our house food. Please do not bring food bowls unless it is a special slow feed bowl. If you want to provide your pup with treats, we are more than happy to give them to your pup according to your instructions. We do not give any animals any treats that did not come from home, in case of any food intolerance.

bedding & Toys

We provide all beds, blankets and toys your pup will need throughout their time with us. If you would like to provide your own from home, or your pup has a medical or orthopedic need and require their own bed, we are more than happy to accommodate. However, we cannot guarantee that your personal belongings will come back in the same condition it was left in. Please let us know if your pup has any special requirements for bedding during the booking process.  All of our bedding and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily.

COLLARS + LEASHES

We require all pups to have a collar on when coming to our facilities for safety purposes. We provide our own leashes so yours do not get damaged or lost among the others.

Medication

Please ensure that if your pup needs meds, you provide enough to last the entirety of their stay. Please make sure the instructions and dosage are clearly indicated and communicated to the staff, and that if meds are given with any kind of food or treat, you provide those as well.

If you want to provide your kitty with treats, we are more than happy to give them to your cat according to your instructions. bedding & Toys

All cats are required to be brought in in a carrier. We have lots of bedding and toys for the cats to use while in our care. If your cat is a little picky and will only use a certain litter box or a certain type of litter, you are welcome provide it as well.
