Our standard checkout time is 4 PM. Your dog is always welcome to stay and play with us until closing on their pickup day! If you choose to pick up after 4 PM, a simple $15 Fee will apply to cover their afternoon care. -

After Boarding Daycare Fee $15
Our standard checkout time is 4 PM. BUT… your dog is always welcome to stay and play with us until closing on their pickup day! If you choose to pick up after 4 PM, a simple $15 Fee will apply to cover their afternoon care. -
Add Full-Day Daycare to Your Groom $24.50
Turn grooming day into a full-day adventure! Add a full day of daycare to your pet's full groom for only $24.50. They’ll get to run, play, and make friends all day before getting spruced up and smelling sweet for pickup. -
All clients are required to prepackage their pet’s kibble and raw food in individual baggies or containers. Treats, wet food, and supplements do not need to be prepackaged and can be kept separate. Please ensure that medications are not packaged with food, as this allows us to monitor medication intake accurately and safely.
Why This Policy?
We’ve introduced this policy to improve efficiency during feeding times, especially during high-boarding periods. Prepackaged portions allow us to feed pets quickly and accurately, helping us keep our prices affordable. Without this policy, we’d need more staff for feeding times, which would result in higher boarding costs. Additionally, this helps us manage our limited storage space, as large food bins are challenging to accommodate for every pet. -
The health and happiness of the animals in our care is our number one concern. We require that all vaccines be up-to-date, and proof of vaccinations are provided. We also highly recommend that your pet be treated monthly with topical treatments of Revolution or Advantage Multi. This is not mandatory, however, these are flea, tick, mite, and lice treatments, and without these, your pup is at higher risk of picking something up from other dogs. We recommend speaking with your vet about these treatments. Puppies are also required to have at least two sets of shots, however, we recommend you seek your veterinarian’s recommendation prior to bringing your puppy to daycare.

Boarding Deposit: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm a boarding reservation. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations: Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. If a reservation is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice (or in the event of a no-show), the deposit is forfeited.
Early Pickups: Our early-pickup policy applies year-round. Because we hold your reserved suite and schedule staff for your full stay, there are no refunds or account credits for unused boarding nights if your pet is picked up early.
Checkout & Fees: Standard boarding checkout is 4 PM. Pickups after 4 PM are subject to an After-Boarding Daycare Fee of $15 per animal.
Gas Surcharge: A nominal gas surcharge, when applicable, applies exclusively to in-home cat-sitting visits (it is never applied to boarding, daycare, or grooming services).
