Boarding Deposit
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm a boarding reservation. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.Cancellations
Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice (or in the event of a no-show), the deposit is forfeited.Early Pickups
Our early-pickup policy applies year-round. Because we hold your reserved suite and schedule staff for your full stay, there are no refunds or account credits for unused boarding nights if your pet is picked up early.Checkout & Fees
Standard boarding checkout is 4 PM. Pickups after 4 PM are subject to an After-Boarding Daycare Fee of $15 per animal.
