Hours - Pick up & Drop off

We can only accept drop-offs and pick-ups during our regular business hours. Although we have overnight staff, they are not authorized to unlock the front door or facilitate any drop-offs or pick-ups outside of these hours. The overnight staff's responsibilities are limited to caring for and cleaning up after the animals; they do not manage the front desk or handle cash. Additionally, having dogs arriving or leaving throughout the night can disturb everyone and disrupt the animals' rest, which makes it difficult to get them settled again.
