Each pup gets their own 6' × 8' private sleeping space with private yard access, cozy beds and blankets, plus heated flooring at night.

We care for reactive dogs and pups who prefer their own space. No matter what your dog needs to feel comfortable, we ensure they receive the same high-standard love, care, and individual attention as every other guest!

Your pet’s health and happiness are our top priority. To keep everyone safe, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations prior to attending daycare:

• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

• DA2PP

• Rabies

Puppy Requirements: Puppies must have at least two sets of shots. We strongly recommend consulting your vet before their first visit.

Parasite Prevention (Recommended): While not mandatory, we highly advise monthly topical treatments (such as Revolution or Advantage Multi) to protect your dog against fleas, ticks, mites, and lice. Speak with your veterinarian to find the best option for your pet.

All clients are required to prepackage their pet’s kibble and raw food in individual baggies or containers. Treats, wet food, and supplements do not need to be prepackaged and can be kept separate. Please ensure that medications are not packaged with food, as this allows us to monitor medication intake accurately and safely.

Why This Policy?

We’ve introduced this policy to improve efficiency during feeding times, especially during high-boarding periods. Prepackaged portions allow us to feed pets quickly and accurately, helping us keep our prices affordable. Without this policy, we’d need more staff for feeding times, which would result in higher boarding costs. Additionally, this helps us manage our limited storage space, as large food bins are challenging to accommodate for every pet.

Boarding Deposit: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm a boarding reservation. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations: Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice (or in the event of a no-show), the deposit is forfeited.

Early Pickups: Our early-pickup policy applies year-round. Because we hold your reserved suite and schedule staff for your full stay, there are no refunds or account credits for unused boarding nights if your pet is picked up early.

Checkout & Fees: Standard boarding checkout is 12:00 PM. Pickups after 12:00 PM are subject to an After-Boarding Daycare Fee of $20 per dog.
