FOOD & TREATS
Prepackage Meals: All kibble and raw food must be pre-portioned into individual daily baggies or containers for the full length of your pet's stay.Keep Separate: Treats, wet food, supplements, and medications must be kept separate from pre-portioned food. Never mix medications directly into meal bags so we can accurately track dosing.
Why Prepackage? Individual portions keep feeding times accurate, maximize storage space, and keep staffing costs efficient—allowing us to keep boarding rates affordable for you!
Food Bowls: Please leave food bowls at home. We provide clean bowls for every meal, unless your dog requires a specific slow-feeder.
Treats & Safety: We only give treats provided from home according to your instructions. We never feed outside treats to protect guests with food sensitivities or allergies.
Running Low? If food runs out or a stay is extended, we can provide our house food for $3 per cup. We will always try to contact you before switching diets to protect your pup's tummy.
BEDDING & TOYS
We provide all beds, blankets, and toys your pup will need throughout their time with us. If you would like to provide items from home, or if your pup has a medical or orthopedic need requiring their own bed, we are more than happy to accommodate. However, we cannot guarantee that personal belongings will return in the exact same condition they arrived in. Please let us know of any special bedding requirements during the booking process. All of our facility bedding and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily.COLLARS + LEASHES
We require all pups to wear a regular flat collar when entering our facilities for safety purposes. We provide our own leashes so yours do not get lost or damaged.Play Safety Rule: Please remove all extra equipment prior to entering—including pinch/prong collars, e-collars/shock collars, harnesses, and bandanas. These items can pose a serious safety hazard during group or individual play, and we cannot guarantee they won't be damaged. Dogs will play in their regular collar only.
MEDICATION
Please ensure that if your pet needs medication, you provide enough to last the entirety of their stay in the original prescription packaging. Please make sure the instructions and dosage are clearly indicated and communicated to our staff. If medications need to be administered with a specific food or pill pocket/treat, please provide those as well.

BEDDING & TOYS
All cats are required to be brought in in a carrier. We have lots of bedding and toys for the cats to use while in our care. We do not recommend to provide your own, as we cannot guarantee it will come home in the same condition it was left in. If your cat requires any special bedding for medical or orthopedic requirements, we can absolutely accommodate. Please let us know if your cat has any special requirements for bedding during the booking process. All of our bedding and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily.LITTER
We provide litter and the litter box. We scoop them daily, if not multiple times a day, and change and add litter as needed to ensure the health and cleanliness of your cat. If your cat is a little picky and will only use a certain litter box or a certain type of litter, you are welcome provide it as well.MEDICATION
